Yesterday Rick and I attended a wedding. I haven't been to such an occasion for many years, and I've been looking forward to this for a long time. It was such a beautiful day, and the ceremony was held outdoors. Michele (the bride) is a good friend of mine and I am so happy to see her so happy! She was radiant and her day could not have turned out better. I was honored to share it with her.

My mother, my WONDERFUL mother, came over to watch Erika so we could head out to the wedding and make it a date night at the same time. Erika was all over Owen and loved hanging out. They had such a good time, I don't even think Erika realized Rick and I were gone. She cried when my mother and Owen left for home the next morning.
