Unbirthday cupcakes

Yesterday I made cupcakes with Erika.  I don't enjoy baking- in fact, before Erika, I found it tedious and more mess than it's worth.  Sometimes I still think that way.  :) She loves it, though.  She stands on a chair and helps with the mixing and measuring.  When we made them, though, I could not convince her that it wasn't a special occasion!  She insisted that since we were making cupcakes, it HAD to be someone's birthday.  Huh.  Obviously, we need to do more every-day baking.

Note to self:  DO NOT put cupcakes in reach of a 2 year old!

Iced with French Vanilla icing. 

Greatly enjoyed.  Makes the whole hassle of baking worth it.  :)
